NY1 VIDEO: To help take guns off the streets, the Staten Island District Attorney has announced a buy back program that will be held this weekend in Port Richmond. Officials say guns can be dropped off at St. Philip's Baptist Church on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. In return the person will receive a $200 bank card that can be redeemed at any ATM.
