A Staten Island man arrested after streaking at President Barack Obama's weekend rally in Philadelphia was trying to win a $1 million Internet challenge.
Juan Rodriguez, 24, is charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct.
He was apparently trying to cash in on a challenge offered by a British billionaire who offered a million dollars to anyone who could streak in front of Obama with the name of his website on his chest.
It is unclear if Rodriguez met all the criteria for the prize.
