A Brooklyn man is under arrest after police say he flew a drone too close to a New York City Police Department helicopter.

Investigators say 34-year-old Isaac Rosa was flying a drone similar to this one about 800 feet over Green Avenue in Bushwick early yesterday morning.

A police helicopter was hovering nearby, and the drone forced the chopper pilot to change course.

Rosa is now charged with reckless endangerment and obstructing governmental administration.
