A jogger who was hit by a driver on Staten Island last week has died.

Daniel Kelley, 23, a 4th grade special education teacher at PS 16 in Saint George, died at Staten Island University Hospital after suffering from head and chest trauma.

Kelley and Gina Siclari, 18, were hit while they were jogging on Hylan Boulevard in Annadale shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Siclari is now in stable condition.

Gypsy Porfirio, 34, of Brooklyn, has been arraigned on two misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, two felony charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of vehicular assault.

It's unclear whether her charges will be upgraded in the wake of Kelley's death.

She was released on $150,000 bail and is due back in court this week.
